We often think of ‘reps’ as your exercise repetitions in the gym… But of equal importance is the ‘mental rep’ of showing up for yourself day in and out…regardless of the circumstances.
Your mind can be treated as a muscle, and each time you make healthy decisions (that are often the HARD decisions), you build mental strength and resilience that the future you will appreciate.
We are in proud support of AnxietyNZ, and just by showing up for yourself, you are supporting many suffering with mental health illnesses. So far we have raised over $800 from Sweat therapy and new members joining the club!
How can you show up for yourself and get in those mental reps?…. We are inviting members to get involved with our support group for 75 HARD. Starting on Monday 8th September, we have a growing group of members taking on the challenge and making a commitment to show up for themselves for 75 days straight!
This is about setting the standard and holding yourself to a handful of healthy habits for 75 days that will develop into habits that go beyond the challenge. Exercise, nutrition, personal growth, and self empowerment!
