We have a variety of membership options available to help you achieve your fitness goals. For more information on memberships click here or visit any club location.

Membership payments will continue after their minimum term, unless you choose to cancel with a 10-day notice period.

This Contract may be terminated at any time with the agreement of the facility. Where the Member requests to terminate this Contract during the Minimum Term, the member will be required to pay an Early Termination Fee of $150.00 or 25% of the balance owing, which-ever is the lesser amount unless the member has suffered a permanent injury or illness that prevents exercise for a period of more than 12 months.

– You have Access for One nominated friend (1) minimum age 14.
– Your ‘Nominated Friend’ will have full access to use the club and can attend any GROUPX classes.
– Your Nominated Friend will be issued their own membership card.
– Personal Training, X45 classes, Boxing classes, and use of the Kid’s Club are an additional cost for your nominated friend.
– Your nominated friend can be changed at any time – a $25 transfer fee applies per change.

Members are encouraged to invite their guests to try out the club for 7 day for just $39. More info here

The club offers gym orientations for members wanting to learn how to use machines and ask questions about the facilities and services. See a team member at reception for Orientation times.

We offer Hold’s on all membership for 1 to 3 months at a time (Longer periods may be allowed depending on circumstances). This will stop payments for the desired period and save your current membership rate.

Yes, your Club Physical membership will provide you with access to all of our locations.

Travelling within New Zealand or abroad? No worries… As a member of Club Physical, you also have the benefit of the IHRSA Passport Program. More info can be found here

All of our clubs offer Swedish Saunas to relax in as part of your membership. Our Te Atatu location offers a pool and spa and is accessible by any Club Physical member, regardless of which club you belong to.

Yes, all of our clubs offer free Wi-Fi to our members.

We ask that you visit our clubs with comfortable and clean exercise clothing and footwear. It is also required that you bring a towel with you to workout. You may also want to bring a water bottle with you.

Investing in a Personal Trainer or attending one of our GROUPX classes will greatly benefit you with your goals.

Because everyone has different goals, we recommend coming into the club for a complimentary wellness chat with one of our team members. You can book that here.

Athletes and Winners Plus One members have unlimited access to our GROUPX and Virtual classes.

*Some classes are an additional cost to all memberships. They are indicated on the timetables page here

Yes, your nominated friend on your Winners membership has the same access to all GROUPX and Virtual classes that you do.

*Some classes are an additional cost to all memberships.

Pilates and Yoga classes require the use of your own mat.

All other GROUPX classes include use of the club equipment when needed.

We ask that you visit our GROUPX classes with comfortable and clean exercise clothing and footwear.

You are going to sweat so please bring your own water bottle and sweat towel to all classes.

Currently, Virtual classes are available at our Te Atatu location.
