Cancellation or Hold of
Club Membership
Please complete the cancellation form below if for some reason you wish to cancel your club membership. For WELLNESS, WINNERS +1, ATHLETES, and CHAMPIONS memberships please allow ten days. For LEGENDS, please allow ten days providing your minimum term has been exceeded.
If you are cancelling because you are about to travel, you have an injury, or you are temporarily out of the area, you might prefer to place your membership ON-HOLD ($25 fee) for up to three months maximum. This will SAVE you the re-joining fee of $49, and you will be able to retain your current membership rate. Please complete the hold form below if you wish to do this.
