I am a Palestinian-Kiwi passionate about sport and fitness. I played basketball for many years until I began my journey competing in Muay Thai and boxing which I have found has pushed me as an individual physically and mentally. During this journey I’ve been able to achieve a NZ featherweight title, a NZ tag team title and a NZ 4-woman title.
I now continue my fighting journey while also enjoying being able to help others in the gym improve their physical well-being and help achieve people’s goals, they choose to conquer.
Ayisha Abeid is a Certified Personal Trainer, now available to coach you into improving your fitness, strength, sports-specific or weight-loss goals. Ayisha would also be happy to give you one-on-one coaching in boxing.
