The BEST workout that you’re not doing (yet!)

There’s a reason members’ walking out of the XRIDE classes look completely lit up. Its not just the 400 to 800 calories you burn, it’s the endorphin rush, the mental reset, the sense of victory and camaraderie.

Yet only a small percentage of you are experiencing this.

You might have thought ‘Its just Spin’. Trust me, it’s so much more. This is your personal invitation to experience Club Physical’s most underrated gem.

Number one, this class will increase your VO2 Max; your ability to transport increasing amounts of oxygen to your bloodstream. This is known as the BEST predictor of long life and good health. Although you can easily participate at your own speed and intensity, if you’re ready and willing, the instructor will guide, encourage and lift you to new levels of fitness, if you come regularly.

Cycling protects your joint health. At the club we ‘ve found that around a quarter of all members report that they have struggled with various knee injuries before joining. Running has become prohibitive in many cases, reducing your options to increase your aerobic fitness (without impact) to the Cross-Trainer (or ARC Trainer) machine, or cycling.  The social connection of the XRIDE class creates accountability and boosts your energy.

If you want overall abundant good health, I recommend you plan to complete 2-3 resistance workouts a week – this could be a FLEX class, the weights-gym or X45 group. Then for your vital cardio improvement, schedule 2-3 XRIDE classes. Incredible RESULTS and a great endorphin rush are inevitable!
