The new millennium sparked a growing awareness of the value of strengthening your ‘core’. Many traditional exercises lack the focussed emphasis that deliver this result. Poor ‘core strength’ makes your lower back vulnerable to injury and reduced athletic performance. XCORE focuses on your core stability, strength and balance using Swiss balls, hand-weights and Step.

You’ll achieve far more than you would alone with this often challenging, high intensity experience. XRIDE is suitable for ALL levels of fitness as you can easily adapt to your comfort level when needed. The XRIDE Team will periodically introduce a short-term ‘challenge’ – like the 21-day TOUR de FRANCE. As you can imagine this adds extra FUN and reward for XRIDERS.

Proven through the ages, this peaceful inclusion combines breath and movement to clear your mind and carefully stretch tired muscles, increasing your energy and adding ‘life’! You can enjoy the more traditional YOGA and/or the slightly livelier VINYASSA FLOW YOGA.
If you are new to the gym, the Gym Orientation will make you comfortable and informed in how to use the facilities and equipment. Typically, start with a light Life-Fitness Cardio-Machine Warm-up. Then you will enjoy a Rocket Circuit tune-up, strengthening and toning and learning how to safely and effectively utilise each machine. Your Coach will be able to answer any queries you may have. If you want, you can return to repeat the Gym Orientation. Allow 30 minutes.
Our virtual classes bring the world straight to the studio, combining motivating workouts with incredible global scenery. Members can ride through stunning landscapes — from coastal roads and alpine climbs to vibrant cities and countryside routes — all filmed in real locations across Europe, North America, Australasia and beyond.
Each session blends expert coaching, immersive visuals and energising music to create a motivating ride that feels like both a workout and a mini escape, helping you stay engaged, challenged and inspired every time you clip in.
At Club Physical, we believe wellness should feel good, not overwhelming. That’s why our new Warm Yoga and Warm HIIT Pilates classes are intentionally set at a soothing 27 degrees — warm enough to enhance mobility, circulation, and relaxation, yet gentle enough for every member to enjoy without the intensity of hot studios.
IMPORTANT:
Please come early. Due to the nature of creating a heated studio and the tranquility of the sessions, the studio doors will be locked from the start of the class. What this means is that if you come one minute later, you won’t get in.
Please bring your towel and drink bottle. Also consider bringing your own mat for hygiene reasons.

As a member of Club Physical, you’re able to utilise the especially fitted DOJO for boxing, wrestling and martial art training. The simple rules are NO FOOTWEAR and that you clean the floor after use (mops and sanitiser are provided). You’ll need to be clean, with clean clothing and, if in contact, your nails clipped. To join in with the high-level Boxing or Wrestling Coaching, you’ll need to upgrade to a WINNERS or ATHLETES membership.
