Have you heard of 75 Hard? Team member Monika says this is an Ironman for your brain! The 75 Hard challenge is exactly how it sounds – 75 days of health habits that will change the way you live, train, eat, and appreciate life!
What is it?…. 75 days of a few non-negotiables…
- Follow a healthy diet (No ‘junk’ food, No Alcohol)
- 2 x 45min workouts per day (One must be outside – regardless of the weather)
- Drink a gallon of water (3.8L)
- Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book
- Take a daily progress photo
There is an official app for the challenge through the guy who created it – Andy Frisella (https://andyfrisella.com/pages/75hard-info), that members are welcome to use for the period!
This idea was sparked through a note in our suggestion box… So starting from Monday 8th September – we will have a support group on Whats-App for those wanting to start the 75 hard challenge together!
The Whats-App group will be led by Monika and Brahm, this will act as a support group for those taking on the challenge, a chance to ask questions, receive advice, and share your journey with others from the gym. Monika is extremely passionate about this, and she herself has completed over 100 days of the challenge!
