Earn Five Times Your Investment

Interested? For every minute you invest in your exercise programme, you will earn five-minutes back in ‘life’.

Research discussed with the chair of the Department of Medicine, Euan Ashley of Standford University disclosed that if you train for just one-hour, three days a week, you will have added a full day of ‘life’ upon the completion of just eight weeks!

Arnold Schwarzenegger shared a similar study to politicians that showed ‘every dollar spent on after school programmes, saved four dollars down the line in reduced costs from the reduction in drug use, teen pregnancy and crime. And the graduation rates increased. The benefits of working out go on. Training fights diabetes, cancer, Alzheimer’s, depression and anxiety. It strengthens bones, relieves some of the pain of aging and builds your confidence.

In a subsequent interview, Dr Ashley highlighted that working out means you will be;

  • 60% less likely to have arterial fibrillation
  • 50% less likely to have diabetes
  • 70% less likely to fracture your hip
  • 50% less likely to have colon cancer
  • 25%less likely to have breast cancer
  • 25% less likely to have depression
  • And 70% of people who are active in their daily lives report better sleep

Now YOU, the reader, have probably already experienced these benefits first hand. You know that the time spent exercising pays handsome dividends. Maybe it’s time to convince and to encourage your inactive friends, family and coworkers.
