YOU are encouraged to join other Club Physical members and complete a small note recalling one thing you have been grateful for in 2025. Simply attach it to the Gratitude Tree as you enter the club. Not only will this inspire others, YOU will also go into the draw for a FREE Recovery Room session!
It’s a perfect time to pause and recognise the good in our lives — the moments, people, and experiences that lift us up. Research shows that practising gratitude isn’t just heart-warming… it’s health-transforming. People who regularly reflect on what they’re thankful for enjoy better overall mental health, improved mood, and fewer symptoms of anxiety and depression.
Gratitude also appears to calm the body’s stress response and enhance resilience, helping us manage challenges with more energy and confidence. In fact, showing or feeling gratitude can reduce negative emotional reactivity and help break cycles of worry that often fuels stress.
There are physical benefits too. Studies from leading medical institutions show gratitude is linked with better sleep quality, stronger immune function, lower inflammation, and healthier long-term cardiovascular outcomes — even supporting longevity.
And perhaps most powerful of all, gratitude strengthens our relationships, community connection, and sense of belonging — the parts of life proven to give us deep and lasting wellbeing. People who practise gratitude are more likely to support others, show kindness, and build stronger social bonds.
So, this season, join us in choosing gratitude. Grab a card from our Gratitude Tree in the club, write down something or someone you’re thankful for — and feel the shift. Sometimes, wellness begins with recognising the good that’s been there all along.
