If you always do what you’ve always done, don’t expect to change.
The very essence of being a productive human is to always strive to create, invent, and to be better at what you do. If we weren’t that way, we would still be back in the stone-age.
Problems, hardships, and opportunities, require solutions. Some of us excel at developing these solutions, while others excel as supporters, motivators, providers or educators.
We all have the opportunity to play our part.
If it wasn’t for our will to change and improve, we wouldn’t have discovered the wheel……. or the item so essential today, ‘the chip’.
New Year’s Resolutions present YOU with the opportunity to either set a new direction or to commit to a life-changing Goal. Don’t waste this incredible opportunity. Take a few minutes/hours out. Reflect on the successes and challenges that you’ve had in 2024. What would you love to solve, to experience, to learn or to be better at?
Set a six-week, bite sized goal that will get you started along this path. Don’t look to the left or to the right and don’t doubt yourself. Make that goal your focus and pursue it with passion until it’s achieved. Then set another.
Your Action Steps:
- Decide on a Goal
- Decide on a deadline to achieve it by
- Write it down and place it where YOU will see it each day
- Take the first step!
Pictured: Sporty lady Tayla-Lee was desperate to overcome a leg-injury. She set a goal and was seen, initially in her cast, riding the lifecycle daily. Soon after Tayla-lee discovered the Recovery Room, and she told us that the ‘ice-bath’ (and infrared Sauna) were doing wonders in alleviating pain and assisting her repair.
